Job summary

Chromalloy Carson City is seeking a CNC Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines to manufacture and repair precision aerospace components.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, 2+ years of CNC experience, and strong attention to detail. We offer a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, shift differential, and comprehensive benefits. This role may require nonstandard hours to meet production needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines.
• Load and edit machine programs as needed.
• Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials.
• Produce parts to engineering and production specifications.
• Inspect and measure parts using precision measuring tools.
• Perform minor part modifications and finishing work.
• Follow assembly, production, and quality requirements.
• Utilize computerized production tracking systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
