Job summary

Operate CNC Milling, Swiss Turning, and EDM, set up fixtures, inspect parts, and support process improvements. 2nd or Weekend shifts include a $2.25/hour differential, with safety and quality as core priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in or completion of NMU CNC Certification program or 1 year of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience with CNC machining and basic inspection methods is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Milling, Swiss Turning, and EDM.
• Produce parts per engineering specifications.
• Set up fixtures, tools, and materials.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and quality.
