American Aluminum Extrusion (AAE) in Roscoe, IL is seeking a CNC Operator to drive machine shop operations, oversee floor activities and provide hands-on support to operators. Starting pay is $18.75/hour with shift premium and a sign-on bonus, plus excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read basic blueprints and work orders.
• Previous CNC machine operation experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mills, lathes, and other machines.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges and tape to inspect profiles.
• Install and align tools, fixtures, and materials on machines.
• Adjust feeds, speeds and offsets for optimal performance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
