Job summary

MacLean-Fogg is hiring a CNC Operator on the 2nd shift for our Mount Carroll, Illinois facility. You will operate CNC equipment, inspect parts for quality, and assist with basic adjustments to keep production moving.

This full-time, on-site role pays $16-$19 per hour, plus a $2 per hour shift differential. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools are important, as is reliable attendance and teamwork.

Job Summary MacLean-Fogg is hiring a CNC Operator - 2nd Shift for our Mount Carroll, Illinois manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate CNC equipment, inspect components for quality, make basic adjustments, and support safe, reliable production. This full-time hourly position pays $16-$19/hour, depending on experience, plus a $2/hour shift differential.

• Location: Mount Carroll, IL
• Work Arrangement: On-site
• Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
• Pay: $16-$19/hour, depending on experience
• Other Compensation: $2.00/hour shift differential
• Employment Type: Full-time / Hourly
• Overtime: Overtime may be required based on business needs.

What You'll Do as a CNC Operator

• Operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications.
• Inspect completed parts to confirm they meet quality requirements.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role is performed on-site in a manufacturing environment and involves regular work with CNC machinery and basic measuring instruments. Employees must follow applicable safety, environmental, and quality procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
