Job summary

Qualifications

Six months CNC machine operation experience.
Experience setting up, operating, and making basic adjustments to CNC machines.
Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other measuring tools.
Ability to read and follow manufacturing prints, drawings, work orders, and production instructions.
Ability to troubleshoot minor machine or production issues.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines and related production equipment.
Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
Complete production assignments according to work orders and specifications.
Perform and document required quality checks.
Read manufacturing prints, drawings, and work order packets.
Use measuring tools to verify that finished products meet specifications.

Change or replace tooling.
Troubleshoot and correct minor machine or production issues.
Assist with assembly, drilling, tapping, grinding, painting, or handwork as required.
Complete required production forms and documentation.

Requirements

Minimum of six months of CNC machine operation experience
Experience setting up, operating, and making basic adjustments to CNC machines
Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other measuring tools
Ability to read and follow manufacturing prints, drawings, work orders, and production instructions
Ability to troubleshoot minor machine or production issues
Ability to safely lift, lower, push, or pull up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required personal protective equipment
Experience with SAP ERP is a plus and not a requirement.
