Job Title: CNC Operator

• Position Type: Hourly, Full Time
• Work Hours: Monday – Friday | 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.00/hour, depending on experience
• Shift Premium: $2.00/hour
• Work Location: MC (905 S Jackson St, Mount Carroll, IL 61053)
• Reports To: Production Supervisor

Role Overview

As a CNC Operator, you will operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications.
• Ensure all items meet quality control standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and adjustments on equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and use measuring instruments.
• Complete documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to interpret work instructions and blueprints.
• Initiative and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer and math skills.
