Job summary

Corlett Turner Inc in Zeeland, Michigan seeks a manufacturing operator to operate and adjust CNC machines, read blueprints, and follow written instructions. The role supports standard and repetitive machining tasks with training provided. Shift is Monday to Friday, with a pay range of $18–$25 per hour and benefits after 90 days.

Safety and quality checks are essential. Ideal candidates can read drawings, use measurement devices, and maintain tooling and programs.

Responsibilities

• Operates and adjusts multiple semi-automatic or automatic numerically controlled machine tools to perform standard and repetitive sequences of operations where programs are provided and setups are often made and maintained by others.
• Knowledge of operations including drilling, boring, and milling, turning, etc.
• Recognizes tooling and procedures where tolerances are close, but not difficult to maintain.
• Check parts for conformance to specifications.
• Ability to use measurement devices.
• Ability to change tools, manipulate machine program.
