Trinity Tool & Precision Machining, LLC in Sauk Centre, MN, is seeking team players who are coachable and eager to grow. The 1st shift runs Monday–Friday 6:30am–3:00pm with predictable afternoons at home.

You will load/unload material for CNC machines, monitor quality, and follow safety guidelines while learning Slack, BambooHR, JobBOSS, and MS Office. Trinity Tool covers health benefits, a Simple IRA with 3% match, PTO, and add-on plans.

Qualifications

• Entry-level friendly; willingness to learn and adapt.
• Must be 18 or older to operate CNC machine.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 35 lbs or more.
• Comfortable learning company systems (Slack, BambooHR, JobBOSS, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material for our Robots/CNC machines
• Collect data and monitor product conformity
• Stay aware of production requirements (rates, operation details)
• Identify in-process, non-conforming items
• Basic machine maintenance
• Assemble, packing, tumbling, and deburring
• 3S – Sort, Shine, Standardize
• Follow safety guidelines and serve our team and customers

Pay & benefits

• $20-$25/hr, 1st shift
