Phillips Tube Group Inc. in Richmond, IN is seeking Haven/CNC Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shift. You will set up jobs, operate Havens or CNC machines, inspect parts, and help maintain production flow with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.
• Demonstrated teamwork and good communication; reliable to maintain production schedules.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality to support shift operations.
• Must be a citizen of the United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Set up each job on Havens/CNC machines and read routing paperwork.
• Enter setup information using computer interface and adjust tooling as needed.
• Load, operate and monitor machines to meet quality and schedule targets.
• Perform initial inspections and document quality checks per PPAP when required.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; follow safety requirements and PPE rules.
• Coordinate with supervisors, packers and shipping for timely workflow.
