Job summary

Randstad USA in Wichita, KS is seeking a motivated CNC Operator to support manufacturing operations, assist with machine setups, and maintain an efficient production flow. The role is a direct hire position with a third shift (10:00 AM - 6:30 AM).

Salary ranges from $35,360 to $39,520 annually. Education required is high school. Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year CNC Router experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a non-temperature controlled environment.
• Shift: Third; hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, setup, load and unload the CNC Router.
• Follow production flow: receive orders, material handling, and load/testing.
• Inspect products and verify quality to customer specs.
• Program and troubleshoot CNC Router functions.
• Keep work area clean, organized and safe; cross-train teammates.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated CNC Operatorin Wichita, KS to support manufacturing operations, assist with machine setups, and maintain an efficient production flow. The postions is a direct hire postion !

salary: $35,360 - $39,520 per year

Responsibilities

As a minimum, the following is a basic description of typical duties and responsibilities expected of the CNC Operator. These duties are not exhaustive and are subject to change as the needs of the organization require.

• Operate, maintain, clean, setup, load, and unload the CNC Router
• Effectively and efficiently carry out production process:
  • Receive order from Production Planner
  • Allocate, pull, and load material
  • Set up machine and run job
  • Inspect products
  • Clean, label, and stage finished parts
  • Offload scrap or stock and return any materials as needed
  • Process job though the system and maintain an organized, clean work area
  • Verify quality to ensure the product meets the customer’s specifications
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment and machinery
• Program and troubleshoot CNC Router functions
• Understand Sunshine Metals’ objectives and mission
• Practice a willingness to learn production and distribution methodology
• Adhere to all Sunshine Metals’ safety rules, regulations, quality standards and procedures
• Keep immediate work area clean and organized throughout the day
• Cross‑train other team members as assigned

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
