Duties and Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge of metric conversion table and able to use efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of use of calipers, gauges, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, to determine how to set-up machine.
• Ability to adjust controls to set – up and regulate machining factors.
• Change tooling and make tooling adjustments.
• Load and unload jobs from machines.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with machine.
• Perform checks to ensure machine stays within tolerance and proper program performance.
• Perform quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized working area.
• Excellent attitude towards coworkers and company in which they are employed.
• Work in a professional manner and be mindful of other employees.
• Work required hours as per current department workload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Safety training
