ManpowerGroup is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing organization for a 1st Shift Machine Operator / P&A Structures in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role supports assembly operations in the Production Department with a stable first shift schedule and potential for temporary-to-permanent placement.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in assembly or manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, and teamwork skills, with the ability to pass pre-employment screening and wear safety

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Basic reading, writing, measuring, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products or components as part of a team, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Operate machinery such as punches, drills, bends, rolls, or crops metal stock to fabricate snowplow parts
• Follow detailed specifications to maintain product quality standards
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Complete tasks efficiently to meet production goals

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in heavy-duty equipment components, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Assembler to join their team. As a 1st Shift Operator you will be part of the Production Department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork skills, which will help you succeed within the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operator / P&A Structures

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $17-$22/hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 430 PM, with overtime on Fridays
