Job summary

Beneficial Talent Source is hiring for a CNC Machine Operator in Miamisburg, Ohio. Responsibilities include operating multi-axis CNC machines, performing routine maintenance, and supporting assembly operations. Candidates should be able to read blueprints and ensure quality control throughout the production process.

The ideal candidate will spend a majority of the time machining and will have a willingness to learn and adapt to the company's specific equipment for optimal production flow.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (3+ axis) to produce parts to spec.
• Spend ~75% of time on CNC machining and ~25% supporting assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications accurately.
• Select and mount proper tools, fixtures, and attachments.
• Monitor cutting process and make adjustments to maintain quality.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, consistency, and defects.
• Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, tooling).
• Support assembly team as needed to ensure smooth production flow.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on company-specific CNC equipment.
