We are hiring immediately for a CNC Operator at our state-of-the-art automated manufacturing facility, offering a clean, air-conditioned, and heated environment.

About Us: Feuer Powertrain North America is the US subsidiary of a German-based leading independent producer of crankshafts, serving top automotive brands in Europe and North America. We are expanding our plant to a new 2nd line and seek motivated individuals to join our team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay ranges from $15 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.
• We cover 90% of health, dental, and vision insurances, and 100% of life insurance and short-term disability.

• Two weeks (80 hours) PTO after 90 days of employment.

Position Summary: The CNC Operator programs, sets up, and operates CNC machines to produce crankshafts and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine processing sequences and program accordingly.
• Enter data, simulate, optimize, and save programs.
• Create tool offset lists, perform tool changes, and conduct offsets.
• Prepare, measure, and install work-holding equipment and tools.
• Test and verify programs, correct issues, and document problems.
• Load and unload machines, monitor processes, and perform housekeeping.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and develop rework methods for complex parts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of CNC equipment operation experience.
• Knowledge of tooling, offsets, and tool changes.
• Experience with measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
• High school diploma, CNC apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with machining processes such as lathes, mills, drills, etc.
• Understanding of crankshaft processing or Siemens 840D is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
