This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accurate records and reporting.**Responsibilities*** Operate all equipment safely, following established safety protocols.* Set up and operate the Symbotic Router to manufacture parts according to job specifications.* Operate jib cranes, table saws, lift tables, and conveyors as needed for material handling and production.* Conduct quality checks on products to ensure adherence to specifications and make necessary adjustments during production.* Read and follow the production schedule and job traveler to ensure accurate production sequencing.* Maintain accurate data reporting of materials used and products produced.* Band and pack finished products efficiently and securely.* Maintain housekeeping and 6S standards in the Symbotic Router work cell.* Monitor tool inventory and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed.**Personal Attributes and Experience*** High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.* Minimum 1-3 years of CNC operator experience or 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.* Safety-first mindset – must always prioritize safety while operating equipment.* Ability to follow written instructions and maintain legible handwriting.* Strong attention to detail to keep accurate records of materials used and product output.* Proficiency in using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.* Willingness to cross-train and support other departments or operations based on business needs.* Demonstrated interest in learning new skills and progressing into additional roles or advancement opportunities within the company.* Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.**Work Environment**Work involves standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting.
