Job summary

Closet Factory of St. Louis is seeking a manufacturing teammate to join our growing crew. You will operate CNC (Biesse), use hand tools, read a tape measure, and support production of custom closets, home offices, garages, and more.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn. We offer full-time, year-round work with on-site training, with forklift experience a plus and potential to advance. Benefits include medical, dental, 401K and matching.

Specific Requirements

• CNC operating experience (our CNC is a Biesse)
• Experience with basic hand tools
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience a plus - will train and certify on site
• Experience with a table saw
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16"
• Experience with a drill press is a plus
• Team player with a positive attitude is a must!
