Randstad USA is hiring a CNC Operator/Machinist in Feasterville‑Trevose, PA for 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM). The role involves setting up and operating Haas and Hitachi Seiki lathes, Mazak AJV 18N mills, Haas VF3SS, and Makino EDM cells on custom tooling projects.

Salary ranges from $52,000 to $72,000 per year with a 10% shift premium and employee medical benefits. Minimum education is High School.

Competenze

• CNC lathes: set up and operate Haas (ST30, ST40) and Hitachi Seiki 2‑axis lathes for high‑precision turning.
• Milling & machining centers: operate Mazak AJV 18N, Haas VF3SS with pallet changers, Makino EDM cells.

Our client located in Feasterville-Trevose, PA is seeking CNC Operator or CNC Machinists to join their growing team. Candidates with experience in Lathe or Milling operations are encouraged to apply. Client performs custom tooling, machining, and fabrication. 2nd Shift hours: Monday - Friday 3:30PM - 11:30PM $25-35+/hr based on experience plus a 10% shift premium. Responsibilities

• CNC Lathes: Set up, adjust, and operate Haas (ST30, ST40) and Hitachi Seiki 2-axis CNC lathes to perform high-precision turning operations on specialized canning and industrial parts.
• Milling & Machining Centers: Set up and run Mazak AJV 18N bridge-type vertical milling machines, Haas VF3SS high-speed vertical mills equipped with pallet changers, and Makino hard-milling/EDM cells.
• Load workpieces, align fixtures, set tool offsets, install workholding tooling, and verify zero reference points.
• Manage machine cycles, part changeovers, and pallet changers to maintain steady production flow and reduce downtime.

The essential functions of this role include:
