Job summary

Hengstler is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our production team in Elizabethtown, NC. You will operate and maintain CNC and shop equipment including lathes, milling machines, saws, grinders and hand tools, applying basic shop mathematics to ensure precise parts.

The ideal candidate has a trade school background or equivalent CNC experience (minimum 2 years) and can read blueprints and calipers.

Qualifications

• Completion of trade school program or equivalent combination of education and at least 2 years of CNC operator experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and calipers.

We're looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team! This position supports the daily operations of the production cells across the plant. The ideal candidate must be proficient in using a wide range of equipment in the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various CNC and shop equipment including lathes, milling machines, saws, grinders, and hand tools.
• Apply basic shop mathematics, including Trigonometry, plane and solid geometry.

Qualifications

• Completion of trade school program or equivalent combination of education and at least 2 years of CNC operator experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and calipers.

Preferred Skills

• Previous CNC programming.
