Job description

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Irvine, PA, with potential assignments to Corry/Warren Plants in the near future.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Operate all types of Robotic and CNC controlled machines.
2. Communicate effectively with programming, product, and inspection personnel.
3. Organize work area, tools, and inspection gauging.
4. Determine and adjust wear offsets to maintain print tolerances.
5. Replace broken or worn tools promptly.
6. Record dimensional data of parts electronically or on paper.
7. Log labor hours electronically or manually.
8. Rinse and clean parts as required.
9. Deburr parts with hand and power tools according to detailed drawings and specifications.
10. Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
11. Troubleshoot and resolve machine alarm conditions.
12. Manage chip bins and barrels, including cleaning as needed.
13. Perform routine machine maintenance as scheduled.
14. Be flexible to work various shifts, including 24/7 schedules, with mandatory overtime when necessary.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
16. Attend all required meetings and training sessions.
