Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for new and existing production jobs
• Operate multiple CNC machines while maintaining production and quality standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Perform inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure product quality
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues to minimize downtime
• Verify proper tooling, fixtures, and equipment are available before production runs
• Complete and maintain required documentation, including maintenance logs, tooling records, and quality records
• Perform routine operator preventive maintenance on equipment
• Train and assist new operators as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and machining processes
