Job summary

Chandler Industries LLC in Blaine, Minnesota is seeking CNC machine operators to join our growing team. You will operate and monitor CNC equipment, load parts, and perform basic adjustments while learning advanced machining on 5-axis centers.

We value mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Two opportunities exist for 2nd and 3rd shifts, with on-site training and opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have at least one year of machine operator experience or a CNC Machine Technology certificate.

Responsibilities

Our CNC Operators operate and monitor CNC equipment, load and unload parts, perform quality inspections, make basic machine adjustments, replace tooling, and help keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors related to the specific position. These may include skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
