Reframe Systems is a Physical AI and robotics company building modular homes in Andover, MA. We seek a CNC Operator to efficiently and precisely produce modular building components using CNC lumber saws and sheet material routers.

You will operate and maintain CNC machinery, collaborate with engineers, and help optimize processes to meet quality standards while embracing lean principles for waste reduction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in CNC machining or related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience operating and maintaining CNC machinery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a CNC operator with experience in operating and maintaining CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating CNC equipment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, the CNC Operator will ensure the efficient and precise production of modular building components using CNC lumber saws and sheet material routers.
