Reframe Systems is building a scalable, software-enabled factory in the Boston area, focusing on net-zero carbon housing. We seek a CNC Operator to drive precise production of modular components using CNC lumber saws and sheet routers.

You will join a manufacturing team that values problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration with design engineers. On-site role in Andover, MA supporting sustainable building tech.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience operating and maintaining CNC machinery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

About Us

Reframe Systems is on a mission to build net-zero carbon housing for all, at massive scale. To achieve our mission, we need to make net-zero carbon housing more affordable and we are re‑imagining how housing is designed and built. Our modular building platform and highly‑automated production system will drive down cost, delivery time, and embodied carbon for ADUs and multifamily housing. We are setting up our first software driven factory in the greater Boston area (Andover, MA), and have a roadmap to scale our presence nationally. We are disrupting assembly line manufacturing for housing production and are backed by leading VC firms in the industrial and construction space.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a CNC operator with experience in operating and maintaining CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating CNC equipment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, the CNC Operator will ensure the efficient and precise production of modular building components using CNC lumber saws and sheet material routers
