Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC Operator experience in manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of CNC machine mechanics and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Job details:

Salary: $20 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities:

• 1. Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
• 2. Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
• 3. Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
• 4. Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
• 5. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
• 6. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
• 7. Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models.
• 8. Load raw materials into the CNC machines.
• 9. Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
• 10. Test and maintain machine tools periodically to ensure their longevity and safe operation.

Qualifications:

• 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• 2. In-depth knowledge of the mechanics of CNC machines.
• 3. Strong understanding of blueprints and technical designs.
• 4. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools.
• 5. Strong mathematical skills and mechanical aptitude.
• 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 9. High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus.
• 10. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items.
