Job summary

Penske Corporation is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to manufacture precision components supporting NASCAR, IndyCar, and IMSA racing programs. The role involves operating 4- and 5-axis CNC machines, programming, fixture design, and ensuring the highest quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan machining jobs, read engineering drawings, and work with Mazatrol as needed. Candidates should have strong English communication skills, be able to lift 50 lbs, and adapt to changing

Qualifications

• High school machining program or post-secondary tech school training preferred.
• 1 year minimum experience operating CNC machines in prototyping or low volume/high mix environment preferred.
• Mazatrol experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate 4- and 5-axis CNC machines and program parts.
• Plan machining jobs from schedules, drawings and CAD.
• Set up, prove out and run CNC machines and fixtures.
• Design and manufacture fixtures and work holding.
• Maintain safe operations and quality standards.
• Take initiative and work with shop staff to meet deadlines.
