Position Overview: Will operate and set up all CNC Mills as directed by the department supervisor. 1st and 2nd shift available.

Essential Job Functions

• Must be able to operate all CNC Mills unsupervised.
• Must be able to adjust setup or tooling as required.
• Perform setups without supervision.
• Must be able to read, interpret, and follow all blueprints and instructions and be able to determine and select appropriate gauging.
• Is responsible for the quality of all parts produced leaving assigned equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in machine operation.
• Computer literacy.
• Trainability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to make sound decisions and accept responsibility.
• Ability to work with others.
• Understanding of the Lean Enterprise Tool.
