Job summary

Exalta Group seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Technician II to support CNC milling operations in a Bethlehem, PA facility. You will run multiple CNC mills, perform changeovers, inspect parts, and document production with ERP transactions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and CNC milling experience, with knowledge of SOPs, GMP, GDP and QMS. Strong measurement skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have CNC Mill machinist experience; familiarity with SOPs, GMP, GDP, and QMS is valued.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T symbols; interpret job travelers and technical drawings.
• Proficient in data entry in ERP systems and completing production records.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, vision systems and hard gages.
• Strong verbal/written communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC milling machines to support production goals.
• Perform job changeovers and monitor tool wear.
• Inspect parts and identify out-of-tolerance items.
• Document production and equipment records accurately.
• Report equipment or tooling issues and assist in troubleshooting minor problems.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, SWI, SOP, GDP and QMS.
• Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
