Job summary

Core Talent Finder is seeking a hands-on CNC Setup Technician (Milling) for our Hudson, MA site. This onsite role focuses on setting up Haas milling machines, programming, and producing high-precision aluminum components in a clean, air-conditioned shop.

You will create/modify CNC programs, inspect parts with precision tools, deburr, and maintain in-process documentation while contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on CNC machine setup experience.
• Milling experience required, Haas experience preferred.
• Experience creating and modifying CNC programs.
• Proficient with precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC milling machines (primarily Haas) to produce precision aluminum parts according to specifications and work orders.
• Create and modify CNC programs to improve production efficiency and accuracy.
• Operate CNC machines to execute production tasks.
• Inspect parts during and after machining to ensure compliance with tight tolerances.
• Use precision inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform deburring to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Complete and maintain in-process production documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
