Deburring and packaging of finished parts, plus moving products with appropriate equipment, are required. Requirements include 2+ years of CNC milling experience in heavy manufacturing and a 2-year technical degree in machining, with HAAS control proficiency and fixture/cutter compensation knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC milling experience in a heavy manufacturing setting.
• Ability to edit CNC programs and adjust tool offsets and fixture data.
• Solid understanding of HAAS controls and basic probing concepts.
• Knowledge of RPM, feed rates, and cutter compensation.

Responsibilities

• Operate HAAS CNC milling centers to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Edit programs, set up tooling, and adjust X-Y-Z locations as needed.
• Deburr and package finished parts for shipment.
• Move products using forklifts or pallet jacks; forklift training provided.
