Job summary

W.AG Funktion + Design is seeking a CNC Milling Machine Operator, Mold Making to join our German engineering team. The role focuses on operating and programming CNC mills, woodworking with mold making data, and ensuring high dimensional accuracy from 3D models and drawings.

The successful candidate will work with Heidenhain controls, DMG/Hermle 3-5 axis machines, and CAM systems to produce precision parts while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as toolmaker or machining technician.
• Excellent knowledge of Heidenhain controls.
• Ability to read drawings and 3D data.
• Ability to program based on 3D models and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC Milling Machines.
• Manufacture parts from drawings or 3D data.
• On-machine programming or CAM systems.
• Inspect components for dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Perform maintenance and routine cleaning of machines.
• Milling, turning, grinding and drilling services.
