Job summary

Dynomax, Inc. is growing and seeks experienced CNC Machinists to join the 1st shift, Components Manufacturing team using advanced, precision CNC machines.

Requirements include CNC training, teamwork, 3-axis/4-axis machining, and experience with aerospace, automotive, or tooling/mold projects. Ideal candidates will interpret complex blueprints, design fixtures, and program/edit G-code on Fanuc or Heidenhain controls.

Qualifications

• Education or Training in CNC
• Ability to work with a team
• 3-Axis or 4-Axis CNC Machining experience; Vertical Milling
• Aerospace, Automotive or Tool/Mold experience
• Experience with Alloys, Stainless Steel, Titanium and/or Plastics
• Complex blueprint interpretations
• Advanced fixture design
• Machine Controls Fanuc or Heidenhain
• Able to Program or Edit G-Code

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints for part tolerances and features
• Operate 3- or 4-axis milling machines in a first shift environment
• Program or edit G-code to produce precision parts
• Design and adjust fixtures for manufacturing processes
• Work with aerospace, automotive, or tooling/mold projects
• Maintain and inspect finished components to meet specifications
