Job description

WANTED: CNC Machinist Wizard

Location: Brinkman Products, Inc./Rochester, NY

Full-Time / Precision Required / Coffee Provided

Are you the kind of person who thinks in microns or dreams in G-code?

Do you believe a tenth is not just a number, but a way of life?

Brinkman Products, Inc. is an industrial goods manufacturing company encompassing two lines of business; Davenport Machine and CJWinter. Both manufacture proprietary product lines which include Davenport multi-spindle screw machines, thread rolling attachments, thread rolls, and tooling. We are seeking dedicated and committed CNC Lathe and CNC Milling Machinists to join our team. We offer top pay, one of the best benefits packages locally, flexible start times and a solid career opportunity.

We're looking for a CNC Machinist who:

  • Speaks fluent Fanuc, Haas, or Okuma (or all three)
  • Can read blueprints like bedtime stories
  • Sets up, programs, and operates machines like a pro
  • Knows their way around calipers, micrometers, and good ol' fashioned common sense

You'll love this job if you:

  • Like watching sparks fly (safely)
  • Prefer metal chips over potato chips
  • Take pride in building the real stuff - parts that matter
  • Appreciate a clean, organized shop and teammates who have your back

We offer:

  • Competitive pay (because you're worth it) $20-$40/hour
  • Advancement opportunities (your skills won't go unnoticed)
  • Solid benefits (health, dental, 401k)
  • Good coffee and better shop talk

Think you've got what it takes to bring metal to life?

Apply now. Bring your skill, your pride, and your precision.
