Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC mill-turn machines autonomously to hit quality and throughput targets.
• Perform complete setups: load tools, set offsets, verify programs, and prepare for first-piece approval.
• Initiate and maintain the First Piece Log to lock in conformance before production.
• Execute change-overs, including tool size swaps, and set tooling across all machine types in your assigned zone.
• Deburr parts and perform in-process inspection using precision metrology equipment.
• Complete required paperwork, including job travelers and I.P. sheets, accurately and on time.
• Carry out daily preventive maintenance to keep equipment running at peak capability.
