Job Details
  • Job Title: CNC Mill/Turn (Lathe) Machinist
  • Pay Rate Range: $26-39/Hour
  • Location: Forest Lake, MN
  • Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 7AM-4PM
  • Position Type: Direct Hire
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience with programming, setup, and operation of vertical and horizontal machining centers.
  • CAD/CAM software experience required (Mastercam preferred).
  • 2 years technical or trade school degree focused on precision component manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years machining experience in a tool shop environment preferred.
  • Supplier Quality Engineer Certification is a plus.
  • Legal work authorization in the US, and valid ID required.
  • Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Manual dexterity for operating hand tools.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in building and repairing plastic injection molds per specifications.
  • Troubleshoot issues and develop action plans for resolution.
  • Operate equipment safely with minimal supervision.
  • Use appropriate safety equipment during tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Ensure timely completion of jobs.
