Koch is seeking a CNC Machinist in Texas who will set up and operate 3-axis CNC milling centers (Fanuc) in a clean job shop. This role emphasizes precision, safety, and productivity to support manufacturing operations.
You will measure dimensions, perform First Article and in-process inspections, and use micrometers, calipers, and vision measurement equipment while collaborating with engineering and quality teams to ensure high-quality parts.
As a CNC Machinist, you will produce high‑quality machined parts by setting up and operating CNC equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting manufacturing operations through precision machining, documentation, and continuous improvement.
You will be part of a skilled machine shop team that works closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing partners. The team focuses on precision, accountability, and collaboration to meet production commitments and quality expectations.
Job Duties will consist of the setup and operation of 3 axis Milling Centers in a clean Job Shop Style environment meaning multiple setups can occur daily. This employee will be responsible for measuring all dimensions of the parts being produced by them and completing First Article and in process inspections. This employee must also have knowledge of using manual equipment such as a knee mill, band saw, drill press and pedestal grinders.
