Job summary

Genuine Machine Products is seeking a CNC Mill Programmer-Operator (GD&T Focus) for our night shift in Gilbert, AZ. You will own CNC milling operations, translating blueprints into precise setups and cuts, while handling loading/unloading and basic setups.

You will inspect and log quality data and maintain a clean, organized cell, collaborating with teammates to drive improvements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC milling experience (Level 2/3), solid GD&T knowledge, Excel proficiency,

Qualifications

• 5+ years operating and setting up CNC mills (Level 2/3 capability).
• Knowledge of tolerances and GD&T.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Strong math fundamentals.
• Clear communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

• Own CNC milling operations to deliver parts that meet or exceed spec.
• Translate blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions into accurate setups and cuts.
• Handle material loading/unloading with efficiency and care.
• Perform basic setups; flag and coordinate tooling requirements.
• Inspect, measure, and log quality and production data.
• Keep the cell clean, organized, and fully documented.
• Partner with teammates to identify improvements and solve issues.
