Job summary

Sioux Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented CNC operator on-site to follow documented work instructions, perform fixture setups, run CNC programs, and ensure quality through inspections. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and maintaining equipment and work areas according to SOPs.

You will load/unload tools, change tooling, and communicate findings to engineering and QA, with opportunities for skill development in CNC processes and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety.
• Ability to read and interpret designs, blueprints, and specs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and report on work orders.
• Learn to set up fixtures, run CNC programs, and perform tool changes.
• Conduct in-process inspections with calipers/micrometers to verify tolerances.
• Submit first piece and in-process parts to QA for approval.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Support maintenance and engineering as needed.
