Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling

machines to produce precision parts according to specifications and drawings. Experience

with HAAS controls is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts to specification
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Measure, cut, and machine round bar material according to job requirements
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers,
• Convert metric dimensions to standard (imperial) measurements as needed
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:
