Carolina Precision Technologies (CPT) is a premier, full-service precision manufacturer for the medical and aerospace industries. We are a market-leading manufacturer of implants, specialty surgical instruments, cutting tools, and delivery systems for various MedSurg applications. Our Warminster, PA location is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Setup/Operator with production environment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Setup and operate Haas and Chiron milling machines
  • Inspect parts per print and in-process documentation
  • Clear chips and maintain a safe work environment
Experience and Skills
  • 1 to 5 years in a machine shop environment
  • Proficient use of micrometers, gauging, and comparators
  • Familiarity with vertical and horizontal machines using 3, 4, and 5 axes
  • Skilled in blueprint reading
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be 18 years old
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Proficiency in general math
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
