Pursuit Aerospace, a global manufacturer of aircraft engine components, is seeking a Machinist I - CNC Mill for 1st shift in South Windsor, CT. The role focuses on setting up and operating CNC mills, ensuring parts meet blueprints and specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years machinist experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Must comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mill machines per developed programs.
• Edit and adjust as required to meet work orders/blueprints.
• Operate more than one machine in a cellular environment.
• Inspect work for dimensional features per specs.
• Complete paperwork on counts, scrap, time according to policy.
• Maintain area, equipment, and tooling in orderly condition.
• Assist new and less experienced operators as requested.
• Follow company policies, safety and housekeeping rules.
