Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience maintaining and repairing CNC machine tools and industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, drive systems, and machine tool components.
• Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints, assembly drawings, and pneumatic/hydraulic schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on CNC machine tools.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures including ball screws, linear rails, bearings, spindles, gearboxes.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect, align, level, and adjust machine components to maintain accuracy.
• Perform machine tear-downs, rebuilds, retrofits, and component replacements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to support maintenance.
• Document maintenance findings and repair recommendations.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance to identify root causes.
• Ensure safety regulations and company procedures are followed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.
