Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking a highly technical CNC Programmer/Process Engineer who can take parts from CAD drawings through programming, setup, prove-out, and production release. This role requires hands-on involvement across programming, setup, and production, not just coding or design.

You will develop machining strategies, optimize cycle times, support engineers during changes, and troubleshoot production challenges to ensure smooth release of jobs to manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC programming, CAD/CAM, and setup for production.
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot machining issues.
• Experience with first article/production release processes.

Responsibilities

• CNC programming and process development from CAD/CAM drawings to production.
• Setup, prove-out and production release of new programs.
