CCT Enterprises in Auburn, Indiana, is hiring a Manufacturing / Programming Engineer on first shift. You’ll design, program, and launch CNC processes, setting up lathes, Swiss, and mills, while troubleshooting and improving production workflows.

You will document processes, train operators, and collaborate across production, quality, and management to deliver efficient, repeatable methods for new and existing work. “Hands-on” with machines and tooling is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a CNC manufacturing environment.
• Experience in turning, Swiss turning, and/or milling.
• Mastercam and/or ABILE programming experience.
• 2D/3D CAD experience; VISI and/or SolidWorks is a plus.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, ISO, CAR, and SPC quality systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, program, and launch new CNC manufacturing processes.
• Set up and program CNC lathes, Swiss turning machines, and/or CNC mills.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing machining processes.
• Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation.
• Assist in operator training on new processes and revised methods.
• Support quoting by evaluating manufacturability, cycle times, tooling, and production needs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
