Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes is required.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and their application in manufacturing settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in using calipers and precision measurement tools is essential.
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is desirable.
• Understanding of GD&T principles is beneficial.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

Responsibilities
