What your future day will look like:

• Lead a machining department consisting of 3 Supervisors, 1 Machining Engineer, 3 CNC Set Up Techs and about 30 CNC Operators.
• Plan, organize and assign work assignments for the department.
• Mentor and manage training of new associates.
• Estimate/quote accurate cycle times ensuring timely delivery to company clients.
• Work with Sales/Engineering to provide accurate quotes to customers.
• Work with maintenance to schedule PMs and ensure equipment is in proper working order.
• Support safety standards ensuring that a strong safety culture is fostered throughout the department.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Technical/Engineering degree in a related field is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
