You will oversee 1st and 2nd shift operations, plan production loads, and optimize resources while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet customer deadlines. The role emphasizes coaching, continuous improvement, and strong CNC machining expertise, with the Plant Manager acting as a key partner in advancing plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining and fabrication.
• Proven leadership in manufacturing operations and production planning.
• Experience with continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations across 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Plan loads and schedules to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate and expedite orders; optimize labor, materials, and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement using operational data and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Quality, Engineering, and Production Control.
