Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages and software.
• Solid understanding of machining, materials and cutting tool selection.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of robotic systems and automation technologies.
• Experience in programming and configuring robotic systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• CNC programming and operation: develop and modify CNC programs for machining operations.
• Process optimization: analyze and enhance manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality; implement improvements to increase productivity.
• Quality control: collaborate with QC teams to ensure products meet specs and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Collaboration with engineering: work with design teams to interpret drawings and provide input to optimize production.
• Training and documentation: train operators on CNC processes and maintain CNC program documentation.
• Continuous learning: implement new technologies to improve processes and stay updated with industry trends.
