Qualifications

• 5+ years in CNC machining environments with high-volume production optimization.
• Deep experience in lathe operations; exposure to 5-axis machining highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple machines and custom workholding setups.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNC path planning and G-code generation for high-precision parts.
• Program and optimize CNC operations in Mastercam.
• Select and qualify cutting tools for maximum performance.
• Design and validate custom workholding to increase throughput.
• Analyze cycle times and drive process improvements.
