Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on setup and operation of manual mills and lathes.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual mills and lathes to machine stainless and other metals.
• Read/interpret blueprints; identify potential drawing errors.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment to maintain quality and throughput.

Skills

Hands-on setup and operation of manual mills and lathes

Precision metrology (micrometers, calipers, depth gauges)

Ability to compensate for runout on a lathe

Understand feeds/speeds and basic G/M codes

Reliability as a team player
