Position: Maintenance Technician – Senior Lead
Shift: 3rd Shift (8 hours)
Compensation: $34–$39 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician – Senior Lead to manage and coordinate maintenance operations during the 3rd shift. This senior-level role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and leadership ability to ensure the reliable performance of all facility machinery, equipment, and systems.
Key responsibilities include supervising a team of maintenance technicians, providing ongoing mentorship and support, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards, and managing both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will possess advanced troubleshooting and repair capabilities, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to lead teams effectively in a high-demand environment. Experience with Siemens control systems is highly desirable.
